Boyran Beach

İnebolu’s Natural and Cool Getaway: Boyran Beach

Located along the Inebolu coastline, Boyran Beach is a central and convenient option for those looking to take a dip in the cool waters of the Black Sea. However, when you come here, don’t expect a classic, fine-sand southern beach; instead, come to experience the Black Sea’s distinctive, natural, and somewhat rugged spirit.

Boyran Beach has a coarse, sandy, and rocky shoreline. As soon as you step into the water, you’ll notice that the shore doesn’t slope gently but instead drops off abruptly—a characteristic typical of the Black Sea. While this feature makes it a wonderful spot to cool off—especially for strong swimmers and those who want to let themselves be carried by the rhythm of the Black Sea—it requires families with children and beginners to exercise caution.

If you’d rather take a walk on the pebbles to the sound of the waves, slip on your water shoes and jump into the cool water, and breathe in İnebolu’s invigorating air—rather than just sunbathing on the fine sand—then Boyran Beach is waiting for you.

ATTENTION: We strongly advise against non-swimmers entering the water here.

Even if you are a strong swimmer, you must be very careful when swimming in rough seas with waves over 50 cm high, as there may be rip currents (currents that pull you out to sea).
